She appeared in Headin' South (1929), Hollywood on Parade No. A-1 (1932) and King of Jazz (1930). The trio sang "Singin' in the Rain" with Cliff Edwards in the oscar-nominated Hollywood Revue of 1929.

Eddy Howard dropped out of med school to become a singer. Popular hits with Dick Jergens' band include My Last Goodbye, and Careless. In 1939 Howard started his own band, and he was the regular vocalist on radio's It Can Be Done. Howard's first #1 single for his band To Each His Own was a tie-in with the 1946 oscar-winning film of the same name. Hits in the 50's include Maybe It's Because, Sin (It's No Sin), and Teen-Ager's Waltz.

Alex Dreier was a news reporter and commentator on NBC Radio in the 1940s, and with ABC Information Radio in the 1960s and early '70s. He also acted and appeared in a number of films and TV series such as Mannix, Kojak, Hart to Hart, and Love American Style, and co-hosted Championship Bridge. He was chairman of the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences and a board member of the Eisenhower Medical Center. In 1989, he was inducted into the Illinois Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

Marian Marsh was an actress in film shorts, then with small roles in Howard Hughes' Hell's Angels (1930) and Eddie Cantor's musical, Whoopee! (1930). After signing with Warner Bros, her name was changed from Violet Ethelred Krauth to Marian Marsh, and she had success starring in 1931's Svengali with John Barrymore. Other films included Five Star Final, The Mad Genius, The Road to Singapore, Beauty and the Boss, Under 18, Crime and Punishment, and The Black Room, all with big-name costars. In the 1960s Marsh founded Desert Beautiful, a non-profit, all-volunteer conservation organization.

Earle Hagen was a composer for film and TV. TV themes include those for Make Room For Daddy, The Dick Van Dyke Show, I Spy, That Girl and The Mod Squad. He also co-write and whistled the melody of the main theme to The Andy Griffith Show. He wrote one of the first textbooks on scoring, Scoring for Films: A Complete Text; and his autobiography Memoirs of a Famous Composer Nobody Ever Heard Of in 2000.

He later teamed up with Tony Sandler to form "Sandler and Young" in 1963, headlining Caesar's Palace, the Las Vegas Hilton, Sahara and Atlantic City's Resorts International. They hosted CBS' "Kraft Music Hall" from London in 1969, also on the Andy Williams, Merv Griffin, Dean Martin, and Red Skelton TV shows, and appeared on the final Ed Sullivan Show.

He stole a record 7 home bases in 1947. Known for aggressive play, injuries included a fractured skull, being carried off the field 11 times and given last rites once during his 12 year career.
