Kraemer Samuel

Kraemer Samuel2
After oil was discovered on his property, Kraemer became one of the richest men in Southern California. In 1925, he built the first high-rise building in Anaheim, the Kraemer Building. Later, he developed the Angelina Hotel, also in Anaheim. Kraemer Bl running through the cities of Anaheim, Brea, Placentia, and Orange is named in his honor. One of his daughters, Adelia, married another famous local, Walter Muckenthaler.
Raitt John
John Raitt is most famous for appearing in Broadway musicaIs, and being the father of singer Bonnie Raitt. He has a star on the Walk of Fame. He won the State high school shot-put, and the record in the now-defunct "football throw". I knew Raitt was in the same cemetery as Kraemer, but his "'section" was not one listed on the map. So why did I easily and accidentally accidentally find him at the corner of the Kraemer monument?
Raitt Rosemary
Rosemary was John's high school sweetheart. They married in 1981. In addition to serving on the Board of Regents, the Pepperdine Univ Assocs and the Center for the Arts Guild, Raitt was a director of the Crippled Children's Society of LA, a member of the Costume Council of the LA Art Museum, the Craft and Folk Art Museum, the National Arts Association, the Diadames (supporting the Mirman School of Talented Children), Les Dames de Champagne of LA and the American Academy of Achievement.
