Addotta Kip (Francis Kip Addotta was an American stand up comedian. His grandmother had wanted him to become a priest, but he became a barber instead and managed a salon until his comedy career started. He appeared on TVs The Tonight Show, The Mike Douglas Show, Dinah!, American Bandstand, The Midnight Special, Don Kirshner's Rock Concert, and the game shows The Hollywood Squares and Make Me Laugh. Addotta was also featured on the Dr. Demento radio show. He is probably best known for his comedy recording "Wet Dream". Addotta appeared as the opening act for several superstars like Diana Ross, Paul Anka and Liza Minnelli, among others. He also hosted the game show Everything Goes on the Playboy Channel, and has appeared in the Woody Guthrie biopic Bound for Glory (1976), and on The Larry Sanders Show.)

Andrews Patty (Patty Andrews and two sisters were known as The Andrews Sisters, the vocal trio whose popular music became part of the patriotic fabric of WWII America. Hits included Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy (of Company B), and Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree (With Anyone Else but Me). Davis Marvin (Marvin Davis was an industrialist and philanthropist. He made his fortunes as the chairman of Davis Petroleum and at one time owned 20th Century Fox, Pebble Beach, the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Denver Broncos NFL team, and the Aspen Skiing Company.)
Dawson Richard (Richard Dawson played Newkirk on Hogan's Heroes, and was the host of the game show Family Feud. He had a serious role as the liberating soldier in King Rat.)
De Fore Don (Don DeFore played leads in B pictures, but was more often the good-natured buddy of the hero or a likable but gullible character whom the hero has to bail out of trouble. DeFore was a regular on Hazel, and The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet.)

Farquhar Marion (Marion Farquhar was an American tennis player who won the women's singles titles at the 1899 and 1902 US Championships. In 1900, Jones was the first non-British woman to play at Wimbledon where she reached the quarterfinals. She was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2006.  She was the daughter of Nevada Senator John Percival Jones, co-founder of the town of nearby Santa Monica, CA.)

She had a radio show, and married Oscar Levant.)

Goddard Bebe (Bebe Goddard was Marilyn Monroe's teenage friend and foster sister. She was a heavy smoker and smoker's rights activist, and died of emphysema she reportedly blamed on air pollution near her Burbank home.)
Goddard Grace (Grace McKee befriended a co-worker named Gladys Baker. Gladys gave birth to a girl in 1926, but was unable to care for her, and eventually had a complete mental breakdown and was carted off to a sanitarium while little Norma Jeane watched.  When it became apparent that Gladys wasn’t going to get better, Grace stepped in to care for her best friend’s child, becoming her legal guardian and providing her with a home before Norma became "Marilyn Monroe".)
Gordon Don (Don Guadagno was an actor, as Don Gordon. His best roles were in movies with his friend Steve McQueen including Bullitt, Papillon, and The Towering Inferno. TV included a starring role in The Blue Angels, 2 episodes each of The Twilight Zone, Twelve O'Clock High, and The Outer Limits. He also appeared in The Fugitive, The Invaders, Wanted Dead or Alive, Dukes of Hazzard, and The Wild Wild West. He played the murder victim in the Columbo episode "Negative Reaction". In 1962, Gordon was nominated for an Emmy for his role as Joey Tassili on the legal drama, The Defenders.)

Grauman Walter (Walter Grauman was a director of stage shows, films and TV shows. After WWII, Grauman eventually took a job as stage manager at NBC studios, and eventually move into directing and producing. His TV credits include The Untouchables, The Fugitive, Route 66, The Streets of San Francisco, The Twilight Zone, Barnaby Jones, and Murder She Wrote. He directed the film 633 Squadron. He was a distant relative of Sid Grauman, the theater owner.)

Hecht Harold (Harold Hecht started as a stage actor and dancer, then became an agent. He also produced The Kentuckian, Marty, and The Birdman of Alcatraz.)
Hefner Hugh (Hugh Marston Hefner was the founder and editor-in-chief of Playboy magazine which was first published in 1953 featuring Marilyn Monroe in a nude calendar shoot and sold over 50,000 copies. Hefner created a chain of Playboy Clubs, and lived in luxury mansions. He was an advocate of "sexual liberation" and "freedom of expression", and he was a political activist in the Democratic Party and for the causes of First Amendment rights, animal rescue, and the restoration of the Hollywood Sign. In 1992, he paid $75,000 for the crypt next to Marilyn Monroe - "Spending eternity next to Marilyn is an opportunity too sweet to pass up.")
Heideh (Heideh was an Iranian singer, born in Tehran as Ma'soumeh Dadehbala. She began her professional career in 1968 on a Persian traditional music radio program, and had her first hit, "Azadeh". She added Persian pop music to her repertoire and worked with several Persian songwriters. Shortly before the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, she moved to the UK, then Los Angeles in 1982. Her songwriters, lyricists and producers in the US were mostly Iranian emigrants. She regularly appeared on Los Angeles-based Iranian TV.)

Henderson also appeared in film and on stage, and hosted several long-running cooking and variety shows over the years. She appeared as a guest on many talk-shows and reality shows on TV, and as a panelist on numerous game shows. She was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in 2010. She hosted her own talk show, The Florence Henderson Show, and cooking show, Who's Cooking with Florence Henderson, in her later years. She died on Thanksgiving.)

Her most famous role is likely as Carol Post, Wilbur's wife, on TV's Mr. Ed. Her last husband was Lee Savin,  an entertainment lawyer and producer.)
Hole Jonathan (Jonathn Hole's career started in vaudeville in the 1920s. He was also a radio performer in Iowa and New York City, Detroit, Chicago, and Los Angeles. While at WBBN in Chicago, his last name was temporarily changed to Cole by the station. In 1942, Hole was a co-chair of the Red Cross entertainment committee on war relief. In 1951, he began acting in movies including Two-Dollar Bettor, A Man Called Peter, Beloved Infidel, 4 for Texas, and The Graduate in 1967. On TV, he appeared seven times each in Dragnet, Burke's Law, and Green Acres; five Maverick episodes, and five Perry Mason episodes;  twice on The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp, Batman, and The Real McCoys. His final TV appearance was in 1990's Silhouette, with Faye Dunaway.)

Israel-Curley Marcia (Marcia Israel-Curley was the owner of  Judy's, a West-coast chain of woman's specialty boutiques,  which started in a 7x12 ft shop in 1946. She was a founder of the Los Angeles Music Center and also funded several local theater groups, as well as treatment centers that bear her name at Cedars-Sinai. President Reagan appointed her the chairwoman of the Advisory Committee on Small and Minority Business Ownership, which she led for six years.)

Jourdan Louis (Louis Jourdan was a French actor, known for his suave roles, including The Paradine Case, Letter from an Unknown Woman, Three Coins in the Fountain, Gigi, The Best of Everything, The V.I.P.s, Julie, and Octopussy. In 1938, director Marc Allegret hired him to work as an assistant camera operator on Entrée des Artistes (The Curtain Rises). His first film,  Le Corsaire in 1939 opposite Charles Boyer, was interrupted by the WWII and never resumed. He spent time in the French Resistance printing and distributing illegal leaflets. After the liberation of France in 1945, he returned to Paris with his childhood sweetheart (and later, wife), nicknamed Quique. He played Dracula in the 1977 BBC TV production Count Dracula, and appeared as a murderous chef on US TV's Columbo in 1978. His last film role was in Year of the Comet (1992). Jourdan has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.)

Kenton Stan (Stan Kenton played piano and toured with various bands as a teenager, and in the 1930s dance bands of Vido Musso and Gus Arnheim, He formed his first orchestra in 1941 and in 1943, the Stan Kenton Orchestra released their first hit Eager Beaver. Calling his music 'progressive jazz', songs included Tampico, Across the Alley From the Alamo, Laura and The Peanut Vendor. In the 1950s, he concentrated on albums which included innovative Latin and European styles. She played Sister Margaretta in The Sound of Music, and the neighbor in What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? In 1994, Lee had the leading role in What Can I Do?. In later years, she played matriarch Lila Quartermaine on General Hospital and Port Charles. Her final marriage was to novelist Robert Nathan. In 1981, a car accident left her paralyzed from the waist down. In 1982 she was awarded an MBE, and in 1995, she got a star on the Hollywood WoF. She was posthumously awarded a Daytime Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2004.)

Schoedsack Ernest (Ernest Schoedsack was a cameraman for Keystone. In 1926, Schoedsack worked with Captain Merian C. Cooper  on the documentary dramas Grass, and Chang. After another documentary, Rango,  Schoedsack  directed The Most Dangerous Game, and uncredited with Cooper on King Kong. He later directed Mighty Joe Young. Schuyler Portland (Portland Mason Schuyler was a child actress in The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit, among others, then turned to writing. She was the daughter of actress Pamela Mason and actor James Mason.)

Simms Lu Anne (Lu Ann Simms was a singer, and in 1952 at the age of 19 became a regular on the Arthur Godfrey TV show, attaining such celebrity that Lu Ann Simms dolls became best-sellers. In the movie How to Stuff a Wild Bikini, Simms was Annette Funicello's singing voice on If It's Gonna Happen.. Later, she became a private crusader and participant in alcoholism recovery programs. She also was on a gay-oriented disco album entitled Disco Tex and the Sex-O-Lettes, a compilation of novelty dance tunes.)

Stallone Sage (Sage Stallone acted with is more-famous father Sylvester, in  Rocky V and Daylight. In 1996, Stallone and Bob Murawski co-founded Grindhouse Releasing, dedicated to restoration and preservation of exploitation films and B-movies. Stallone directed his first short film, Vic, which won the 2006 Boston Film Festival "Best New Filmmaker" award.)

Westheimer David (David Westheimer was journalist from 1940 to 1960, then wrote fifteen novels and one non-fiction book, including Von Ryan's Express, and My Sweet Charlie. In WWII he was shot down and spent 28 months in a POW camp. The Great Wounded Bird is recollections of World War II, and his last novel, Delay En Route, is a lighthearted book about a POW.)
Wilde Cornell (Actor Cornel Wilde quit the Olympic fencing team before the 1936 Olympics. Transitioning from actor to director, he did both in The Naked Prey in 1966.)
Wilder Audrey (Audrey Young had mostly bit roles in  films during the 1940s. She met Billy Wilder in 1944 on the set of The Lost Weekend.  Her role as a hat-check girl in Lost Weekend was cut, but her hand is seen giving a hat to star Ray Milland. Films included Blue Skies, The Wistful Woman of Wagon Gap, Duffy’s Tavern, The Stork Club, Follow That Woman, Danger Street, Love Me or Leave Me, and Love in the Afternoon. She started as a singer with the Tommy Dorsey Band. After Billy's death, she donated $5 million to found the Billy Wilder Theater at the Hammer Museum in Westwood.)
