Cepeda Dolly Ann

Dolly Cepeda, and friend Sonja Johnson, were the 7th and 8th victims of the Hillside Strangler (actually two men). They were last seen getting off a bus and talking to men in a car. They were found near Dodger stadium in Los Angeles.

Juanita Millender-McDonald was a Democrat in the US House of Representatives from 1996 until her death in 2007. In December, 2006, she was named Chairwoman of the House Committee on House Administration for the 110th Congress - the first African-American woman to chair the committee. She was also a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, the New Democrat Coalition, and was considered a front-runner for Sec'y of Transportation if John Kerry had been elected President in 2004.
